Welcome once again to the O2 weekly Java game download charts in association with Gameloft... Only joking of course, this week's charts are every bit as neutral as always and based purely upon sales from O2's portal. It's just that the French publisher's titles are currently enjoying something of a monopoly on the top spot.

Recall that barely had its Deal or No Deal been usurped from its multi-month table topping spree (and then only to be pushed down to third place) when the publisher's Bubble Bash popped straight back to number one. And there it has stayed.

There's no obvious imminent danger to its dominance from this week's major new releases either, since blockbuster movie trequel Shrek The Third and the uniquely patriotic (if slightly less timely) America's Army also hail from Gameloft's production line.

Hence, if we're to see a change at the top next week, it will most likely be down to either the upwardly crawling Worms 2007, some nifty double dealing from Glu's World Series of Poker Texas Hold 'Em, further climbing of the rigging from Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean 3, or an outright strike for Sims Bowling.
