Us Brits may not be that good at basketball – although come to think of it, neither are the Americans judging by their performances in recent internationals.
Nevertheless, b-ball games have always found a healthy fanbase here in the UK, so EA Mobile's launch of NBA Live 07 in the States will hopefully translate to a release here soon.
The game boasts all 30 NBA teams, more than 400 real players, and proper five-a-side matches. The game has a full season mode, and even features play-by-play commentary by 'legendary' commentator Marv Albert. (I assume he's like Motty, but with more shouting and less sheepskin.)
EA says the game is packed with animations for shooting, rebounding and dunking to make it as realistic as possible, with additional features designed for mobile phones, such as the ability to slow down the action and zoom in to pass accurately.
We'll keep you posted as to when and if NBA Live 07 gets a UK release.
