Heart Bear Matching a smart match for mobiles?

It's cute, but what is it?

Heart Bear Matching a smart match for mobiles?

We had scarcely heard of MOffy before last week's surreal looking War on Radish Island showed up, but it seems the developer is ramping up its output, as news of another offering has found its way to us this week.

Heart Bear Matching doesn't exactly roll of the tongue gracefully, but the cute subject matter of this simple sounding puzzler may turn out to be a smart match for younger gamers.

Apart from being based on what we're assured is a popular Asian cartoon, details about the title are scant. (Given the game's namesake, it is a fairly safe bet that matching pairs of cute bear images will be a big feature.)

The game is already available in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam. Details about its release elsewhere in the world are slightly cryptic, with the press release stating that the game will be available in other regions in the second quarter of 2007.

Given how few details MOffy has supplied when announcing these new titles – and the fact we haven't yet been able to play any of them – we don't know how good (or otherwise) these casual games actually are to play.
