Genshin Impact reveals schedule of phase one events ahead of version 3.3's launch
We’re now just a day away from the launch of Genshin Impact’s latest update, version 3.3 – All Senses Clear, All Existence Void, which is set to follow the events after the completion of Sumeru’s storyline. As we prepare for launch, Hoyoverse has revealed everything that is set to happen in phase one of this update.
As always, the new version kicks off with Event Wishes, where featured characters and weapons will have their drop rates significantly boosted, increasing the chances of obtaining them and some other cool stuff. Here are the heroes and weapons that will enjoy this benefit until December 27th:
- From Ashes Reborn – Wanderer, the new 5-star Anemo user
- Oni’s Royale – Arataki Itto returns as a 50-star Geo user
- Epitome Invocation – Tulaytullah’s Remembrance Catalyst and Redhorn Stonethresher Claymore
Both the Character Wishes will also feature the new heroine Faruzan, a 4-star Anemo user.
Version 3.3 will give players two events to look forward to. The first one, Misty Dungeon: Realm of Sand kicks off on December 9th and is a character trial event. Players above Adventure Rank 20 will be tasked with creating a team of specific characters that must complete seven trials based on different themes. Rewards include Primogems and upgrade materials.
The second event is called Akitsu Kimodameshi, which releases on the 15th. It is the reason Arataki Itto is coming back as players will have to complete their story quests before taking part in this event. Here, players will be challenged with clearing the Leisurely Pastime and Shatterdark challenges to obtain an exclusive weapon, the Toukabou Shigure Sword and the Furnishing Kimodameshi Vivaciousness.
The update also introduces the new battle pass called Steller Rivers which features numerous rewards. Every level will cost 1,000 BEP once more. To top it off, travellers can catch various Adventurer’s Bundles in the shop as well for a trove of goodies.
