Genshin Impact reveals new character Kirara, who is part of the upcoming v3.7 update

We’re just a few days away from the release of Genshin Impact’s latest update, version 3.7 – Duel! The Summoners’ Summit. It is a patch that Genius Invokation fans have been eagerly waiting for as TCG gameplay gets a tonne of new features. On top of that, there are also several other events to look forward to, including the new playable character, Kirara.

Genshin Impact’s Kirara is a courier for the Komaniya Express, one of Inazuma’s most reliable delivery companies. Kirara just happens to be one of their best, and giving her a 5-star rating or some snacks seems to be the easiest way to make her smile. With her adorable twin twirling tails and respectful demeanour, Kirara is loved by all.

But that doesn’t mean she’s a weakling who may be easily bullied. This nekomata is definitely not someone to be messed with. Messing with her work or trying to touch her tails are cardinal sins and will surely land the person in trouble with Kirara. As long as she can make deliveries without being bothered, there should be no issues.

Kirara’s addition to Genshin Impact makes her the second cat girl in the game, after Diona from Mondstadt. Besides being an excellent courier, Kirara also obliterates enemies in her spare time with her trusty sword. She’s a Dendro support character with high mobility and the ability to conjure shields for allies.

The nekomata’s Elemental Skill creates a damage-absorbing shield that protects the entire party. In addition, holding the Elemental Skill allows Kirara to enter into an Urgent Neko Parcel state, which significantly boosts her movement speed, allowing her to fight much faster.

Her Elemental Burst combines her combat and courier abilities by summoning a Special Delivery Package that deals immense AoE Dendro damage to all opponents. It also summons a bunch of Cat Grass Cardamoms that do some extra damage.
