Fortnite is releasing another crossover with Dragon Ball Super featuring new skins

Fortnite has always been at the forefront of its genre thanks to the epic collabs it hosts. Pop culture icons, famous movie franchises, video games, you name it. Everyone has been featured in Fortnite. Anime fans haven’t been left out either thanks to the partnerships with popular shows like Naruto, Dragon Ball Z and My Hero Academia.

Fortnite's Dragon Ball collaboration was held back in August and featured iconic characters like Goku and Vegeta alongside their various Super Saiyan transformations, the God of Destruction Beerus, and Bulma who was available through the Item Shop. In addition to this, there were other cosmetics and a whole load of things players could enjoy like performing the Kamehameha themselves.

Now, it seems like we’re gearing up for yet another anime collaboration as the Dragon Ball universe is set to return to the battle royale right after characters from My Hero Academia arrived. This time, the franchise’s latest series, Dragon Ball Super, will be part of Fortnite from today. Will the Kamehameha and Deku Smash wreak havoc simultaneously on the island?

We don’t know much about this crossover but it is clear that it will be based on the recently released movie, Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero. It follows Piccolo and Gohan on an adventure to save the world from the reformed Red Ribbon Army. Both of them achieve new forms, namely Piccolo Orange and Gohan Beast, that are incredibly powerful.

Players can expect to see these two make an appearance on Fortnite, alongside other possible new additions like Trunks and maybe Androids 18 and 21 too. The two main heroes have already been confirmed through leaks and what is lefts to be seen is who else joins the cast. One thing we know for sure is that it’s going to be another awesome collaboration for fans.
