F1 Clash releases major seasonal update initiates a fresh start with progression reset
Hutch has just announced one of the biggest updates in the history of its popular 1v1 racer, F1 Clash. The seasonal refresh brings a tonne of improvements to the game with a plethora of features, new drivers, and rosters. It is essentially a reset that aims to reignite the classic racing experience for new and old players.
F1 Clash’s seasonal refresh puts everyone back at the starting line as all progress except the points earned from the 2022 season will be reset. This is done to level the playing field so everyone hits the accelerator simultaneously. New players specifically benefit through this as they won’t have to grind too much to get on the same level as the veterans.
Returning players will be greeted with a new seasonal score and a progression-based opportunity to exchange their CC points from the 2022 season at the in-game store. The Power mechanic ensures that the fuel tanker is never empty, thus eliminating the possibility of losing races that way. Simply put, it will ensure that all racers stay in-game until the very end of the race, another feature benefitting newbies as the gameplay will be more accessible and immersive for them.
