Dragon Quest The Adventure of Dai: A Hero's Bond is celebrating its first anniversary with a tonne of Blue Gems, and anniversary events
Square Enix and DeNA Co are hosting a massive celebration to commemorate the first anniversary of their mobile action RPG Dragon Quest The Adventures of Dai: A Hero’s Bonds. The anime-inspired game will provide players with a tonne of rewards like Blue Gems and Treasure Keys as they participate in all the anniversary events. Check out the trailer below that showcases everything the celebration is going to encompass.
Kicking off the first anniversary rewards is a login event which will give away up to seven 1st Anniversary Free x10 Treasure Keys, totalling up to 70, 5,000 Blue Gems, Level-Up Challenge Tickets, and player progression items. Players have up to 10:59 PDT on October 10th to claim all these.
The Blue Gems tally can actually reach a total of 8,000 if players play their cards right. Besides the login event, another celebratory present can be claimed until October 27th. It contains 3,000 more Blue Gems which can be used to replenish stamina, find treasures, and buy in-game items.
A Hero’s Bond birthday celebration will also give players the opportunity to get exclusive equipment for Dai and Popp, which grants access to new Hyper special moves. Characters can be changed in this heightened state, but an extremely powerful finisher can be unleased. This incredible power can be found in the Sword of Bonds and Bond Equipment Limited Treasure Hunt and Staff of Bonds & Bond Equipment Limited Treasure Hunt.
The next two weeks will also add a limited-time event, Enter the Hero’s Hall. Here, players will combat in the sacred halls in order to gain the new Luminary Leader Outfit for Dai. The anniversary also gives players access to one Treasure Hunt costing 300 Red Gems that assures a four-star weapon.
