Car Jack Streets driving out onto new platforms
Mobile and iPhone can’t contain the crime sim any longer
TAG Games has been chatting with CasualGaming.biz about its newly released iPhone adaptation of Car Jack Streets (which also went down a storm on mobile), and it looks as though the mean streets of Jack City are due for expansion.
“We have started work on CJS for two other portable gaming devices which is very exciting. More will be revealed in due course,” says TAG Games’s MD Paul Farley.
Not much carrot on the end of that rather exciting stick at the moment, but if we had to guess (and considering the iPhone and the mobile are already catered for) we’d say Car Jack Streets could be looking at Android and BlackBerry, since each platform now has its own app store.
That said, DSiWare is another strong contender, and although less likely, the PSP would actually make a pretty fantastic platform for the Grand Theft Auto remodelling.
