MoreFun Studios has been regularly hosting beta tests for their upcoming FPS, Arena Breakout. Up until now, we’ve seen only Android players get the opportunity to try the game out. iOS users will finally be able to join in on the fun as Arena Breakout’s first global iOS closed beta test is going live later this month.

Arena Breakout’s first global CBT for iOS will begin on March 13th. Players can participate by filling out a form, post which 5,000 lucky participants will be selected to play in the beta. It will be available in Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, The Philippines, the United Kingdom and the United States and there are plans to expand to Brazil, Indonesia and Japan as well.

The game boasts of an intense, high-risk-high-reward style of gameplay inspired by the likes of Escape from Tarkov. Players are shoved into the Dark Zone, from where they’ll either return like kings, or they will come back empty-handed, including everything they joined the match with.

Playing smart is really crucial in Arena Breakout. Every move can make or break it, considering the fact that one wrong step can lead to everything being lost. Before joining each match, players must select the gear they want to take in, and then they can either go all guns blazing or just hunt for scraps after gunfights and carry them home.

Arena Breakout will also showcase how far mobile gaming has come. It will feature state-of-the-art graphics in 60fps, dynamic weather, lifelike shadows, volumetric clouds, and an immersive soundtrack. The novel light adaption system will make players feel like they’re actually in the game.
