By far the highlight of Pocket Gamer's diary in January is the Mobile Games Forum 2008, due to be held on the 23rd and 24th of the month in London.

It's a gathering of the great and good from the mobile games industry, who'll be talking shop, tackling big issues, and getting a first-hand view of how mobile users really feel about mobile games.

This is where you come in. The event will include a 'Meet the Consumers' panel session, which will give attendees the chance to ask a panel of consumers about their views. Organiser Osney Media is now looking to recruit that panel.

You don't have to be a hardcore gamer: it's more about having an idea about what you really want to see in your mobile games, and a desire to express that to the operators, publishers and developers who'll be quizzing you.

Osney Media says it's particularly interested in hearing from older and female gamers too.

You'll get complimentary access to the whole event too, allowing you to mingle with attendees and blag some free games hear all about their plans for 2008.

Interested? Get in touch by emailing [email protected], and we'll hopefully see you there!
