Orange is hoping to appeal to female mobile gamers with its new 'interactive mobisoap', Misslead, which has been developed by Danish firm 3rd Person.

It's based on four female characters – Ria, Dee, Li Mei and Cat – and is spread across 16 episodes divided into four 'seasons', much like a TV show. You get to play as all of them, experiencing the series' storyline from all their different viewpoints.

It is a game, though, which appears to be based around conversations with added handbag elements, with you earning angels or demons according to how nice or mean you are. As you can see, it's got a strong visual style.

What's more, it's fully Web 2.0'd up, since the girls even have their own MySpace profile.

Misslead is live on the Orange World portal, with plans for wider distribution in the coming weeks and months. We'll be investigating it further, so click 'Track It!' to get alerted the moment we do.
