Winner of Minecraft-themed Xperia Play announced, smaller giveaways to come

The winner of Sony Ericsson’s Gamescom competition has been announced as PatrickVedlog, who has won a limited edition Minecraft-skinned Xperia Play.
The only other similarly adorned Play was released into the wilds of eBay and subsequently sold for over $1500.
Sony Ericsson made the announcement on Twitter via the @XperiaGames account which shortly afterwards hinted at some more giveaways happening soon. A tweeted photograph of several ‘Steve’ heads shows that it is once again Minecraft-related.
Meanwhile, PatrickVedlog was overjoyed to discover he had won the contest. “OH MY GOD!!!” he caps-locked. “I WON THE FREAKING #Minecrafft Xperia play form@XperiaGames!! [sic] Thank you so much!!!”
Minecraft - Pocket Edition came out two weeks ago and remains exclusive to the Xperia Play for the time being.
