Mile High Pinball goes live for N-Gage

45 levels to reach the sky

Mile High Pinball goes live for N-Gage

Nokia has released its latest N-Gage game, Mile High Pinball. The game went live in the early hours of this morning, and can be downloaded now from the N-Gage application.

If the name sounds familiar, that's because Mile High Pinball was also a game for the original N-Gage, although it came out in the dying days of Nokia's Mk I gaming handset.

Anyway, the new version promises more than 45 playable boards, all linked together in a vertical stylee.

Meanwhile, power-ups include Multi Balls, 10X Multipliers, Super Slo-Mos and others, with enemies and bosses to battle as you progress. With this being new N-Gage, there are naturally online elements too, with rankings and even a multiplayer challenge feature.

What's more, a lot of people will be getting the game for free, if they filled in Nokia's recent First Access user survey.

However, a post on the official N-Gage forums says that activation codes for these users will be sent out "by the week of May 12th", although that's an aim rather than a cast-iron promise.

Hands-on coming up.
