Maya: Temple of Secrets heads to iPhone

Ojom's triangly puzzler gets an Apple makeover

Maya: Temple of Secrets heads to iPhone

German publisher Ojom has launched its first iPhone game, a conversion of existing mobile puzzler Maya: Temple of Secrets.

The new game is called Maya Deluxe and like all current iPhone games is played through the Safari browser, and is free. It's a jungle-themed puzzle title that has you flipping and twisting triangles in order to find a mysterious Mayan temple.

The game's accessible via the Jamster website (www.jamster.co.uk if you're reading this on an iPhone). Ojom certainly seems keen on the iPhone as a gaming device, too, judging by general manager Thomas Brockhage's comments:

"This is a great opportunity for Ojom to show that we can adapt and innovate to suit new technologies. Maya was one of our most popular games and is perfect for the iPhone's touch-sensitive screen. We are proud to release our first game specifically adapted for the iPhone."

Jamster is also providing three other Safari-friendly iPhone games: PopCap's Bejeweled, a Blackjack game, and a bowling game. All are free to play.
