MapleStory: Thief Edition for iPhone reduced to £1.79/$2.99

A cunning (and possibly high-level) thief sneaked into the App Store last night and stole some coins from the price of side-scrolling iPhone RPG, MapleStory: Thief Edition.

Based on the massively successful MMORPG, Thief Edition puts the player in the shoes of either an Assassin or Thief, bashing up cute monsters, leaping over cute platforms, and completing (cute) quests for the denizens of the world.

While the graphics and gameplay may be similar to the original PC title, the iPhone version is a purely solitary affair, an aspect we found rather disappointing.

If you don’t mind the company of one (and a few billion monsters), though, MapleStory: Thief Edition is available on the App Store for £1.79 / $2.99 / €2.39 for a limited time only.
