MapleStory Adventures, the standalone Facebook version of MapleStory, has just been updated to include home bases, where players can relax and unwind after a hard day’s questing.

The home space, personal to each player, can now be used to replenish energy, as well as to gain a little EXP or mine a little gold. You’ll be able to engage in harvesting, collecting plants and fruits for gold and EXP rewards, or work to upgrade and enchant your gear and weaponry.

Players can also visit each other’s homes up to five times a day to help them harvest or to reduce crafting times. If you’re too mercenary to do this out of the goodness of your heart, don’t worry – just by visiting your friends' home you’ll get a bunch of items and EXP to make it worth your while.

Developed by South Korean developer Nexon, MapleStory Adventures is a Facebook version of MapleStory, a 2D side-scrolling MMO with a freemium business model. The game currently boasts over 3 million players.
