Match-4 block dropper Ka-Glom! falls onto App Store
BlackBerry hit comes to Apple
What do you do with a match-4 object-dropping game that's been downloaded five million times by BlackBerry users? Port it over to iPhone and iPod touch of course.
That's the announcement from Magmic Games, which following on from Window Mobile and Java versions, has just released Ka-Glom! onto the App Store.
The twist for this dropper is that the coloured Ka-Glom blocks are explosive so when you combined four of the same colour, they will go bang, taking out all blocks of a similar colour that are adjacent.
To that extent, it's not a huge twist. Hey, what did you expect? It's a match puzzler. Still five million CrackBerry downloads...
You can play in Survival mode for a how-far-can-you-go? experience or try some deeper thinking in Puzzle mode, and there's a Time Attack mode for extra frantic action.
