Wield the power of the sun in the latest Infinity Blade II update

The latest update to Infinity Blade II has been released by Chair Entertainment and if you thought May's Vault of Tears would be the "largest free content update", think again.

Infinity Blade II: Skycages promises to be yet bigger and more action-packed than the last, continuing the story of the Deathless and delving into mysterious new areas.

Skycage comes armed to the teeth with more than 30 new items including armour, weapons, and magic with which to smite including Headsman and Petrified Nocs.

New to this update is also a completely new solar-powered weapon type, Solar Transport Energy Blades, that let you harness the power of the sun in ways British Gas can only dream of.

Infinity Blade II is available now on the App Store for the reduced price of £1.99 / $2.99.
