E3 2008: Ubisoft announces Imagine Movie Star for DS
Imagine this - Ubisoft has come up with even more of these Imagine games
E3 - the greatest game show on earth. The show at which games such as Grand Theft Auto for DS and a whole massive line-up of iPhone games have been showcased. And what does Ubisoft decide to announce at it? Four new Imagine games, that's what. Sadly, only one of them will be released worldwide.
Imagine Movie Star is the latest game to join the series - a series which already has Imagine Teacher, Imagine Girl Band and Imagine Fashion Model on the way.
The game will let players experience all the glamour and fun of being a celebrity. Presumably only up until the bit where they realise they're past it, can't get any work and turn to class A drugs to ease a growing depression created by living such a fast-paced, fickle and unsustainably hedonistic lifestyle.
Maintain your A-list celebrity status and you'll be invited to fabulous parties, hang out with other virtual celebrities and go on dream dates. You'll even get to walk up the red carpet and pose for the paparazzi.
The other three games - which will only be released in North America - are Imagine Fashion Designer, Imagine Babysitters and Imagine Wedding Designer.
