Gorgeous action-adventure title Horn slices its way onto the App Store
No iPod touchs allowed, though
Phosphor Game Studios's highly anticipated third-person action-adventure title Horn has just landed on Apple's App Store, which means you can download it right now as a Universal app.
Well, providing you have an iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPad 2, or the new iPad that is. Horn doesn't currently run on any earlier iPhone or iPad devices, or on any model of Apple's iPod touch, which is bound to tick a lot of people off.
Anyway, if you do own one of the later-generation iPhones or iPads and you decide to get Horn, you'll be thrust into a fantasy world in which you take on the role of a young blacksmith's apprentice named Horn.
Unfortunately for our eponymous hero, he wakes up one day to find his village overrun by villainous creatures. Probably a Tuesday.
In order to dispatch all of them and save your land, you'll have to wield a sword, crossbow, and a trusty musical horn. Oh, and solve all manner of tricky puzzles.
You can grab Horn from the App Store now, priced £4.99 / $6.99.
