HTC has used this year's Consumer Electronics Show to introduce its all-new HTC Titan II smartphone: the company's first Windows Phone-powered handheld to take advantage of 4G LTE networks.

The HTC Titan II comes packing some pretty nifty features, including a 1.5GHz Snapdragon processor and a 4.7-inch super LCD capacitive display. You're correct: that is the largest display on a Windows Phone-powered blower.

Furthermore, HTC's forthcoming phone will ship with a jaw-dropping 16-megapixel wide-angled snapper, which can shoot glorious HD video in 720p. Still photos will take advantage of autofocus, a dual LED flash, red-eye reduction, image stabilisation, and a backside-illuminated sensor.

There's even a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera for all of those intimate / raunchy video chats.

The say

"HTC's history of innovation in 4G technology includes delivering the first 4G-powered devices to each major carrier in the US, so it is exciting today to continue that leadership with our first 4G LTE Windows Phone, the HTC Titan II," Peter Chou, HTC CEO, said.

"This full-featured smartphone combines HTC's design with AT&T's high-speed 4G LTE network and Microsoft's powerful Windows Phone software, giving people more of what they crave."

The HTC Titan II is expected to hit store shelves in "the coming months".
