In a statement from the Orange's press office today, the operator revealed that it will be stocking Windows Phone 7 across all its retail channels from 21st October.

The press release reveals that Orange has been chosen as Microsoft's 'key partner' for the Windows Phone 7 rollout in the UK, with the HTC 7 Mozart and Samsung Omnia 7 exclusive to Orange in the UK.

Orange CEO Tom Alexander was keen to highlight the previous success of the 2002 partnership between the two companies, and went on to describe the Windows Phone 7 experience as "a step-change for the industry".

Featuring a 3.7-inch Super LCD Display, Dolby sound and a 1GHz Processor, the Mozart will be available on a 24-month price plan at £35 per month.

Orange customers will also have access to 'Orange Personal Trainers', a dedicated customer service team that will help get 'the best' out of the WP7 phones.

As yet there is no information on whether this service will be included in the subscription plan.
