There's nothing like driving around at breakneck speeds while shooting wildly at any fool who dares to overtake you. But enough about a night out in Harlow.
Guns, Wheels & Madheads is the new game from Qplaze, and is a 3D shooty racer starring cars called things like Panther, Marauder, Destroyer and, er, Pacifist. Don't worry, that last one has rockets, so it's definitely pacifist aggressive.
There's probably a plot, but really it's all about driving around blowing away opponents with weapons, including machine guns, cannons, missile launchers and heavy mortars.
There are power-ups to pick up along the way, boosting your speed or doubling your firepower, and the game has ten different arenas to drive in, with day or night races.
Qplaze promises a Career mode that gradually ramps up the difficulty level, and a Survival mode where it's kill or be killed. Guns, Wheels & Madheads sounds like it'll be great fun for the Carmageddon crowd, so click 'Track It' for more details when we get our hands on it.
