The Guitar Hero branded DS takes centre stage
It's here and it's silver and black
When we heard Activision was teaming up with Nintendo to offer an exclusive Guitar Hero: On Tour DS bundle when the game is released later this month (in the US), we had visions of an outlandish rock-themed special edition DS being released for it.
Well, the bundle has now been revealed, and it turns out the DS will be silver and black with a red flaming Guitar Hero logo on its lid instead. Which, well, isn't that exciting really, but does look quite cool.
Currently, we're still awaiting confirmation from Activision on whether this Guitar Hero bundle will be released with the game in the UK on July 18th or whether it's for the US only. It could be that Europe will just be getting the game, guitar peripheral and guitar pick stylus, which is all set to retail at £39.99. Of course, we'll let you know as soon as we get word.
Update: The bundle has been confirmed for Europe on July 18th. North American gamers get it earlier, on June 22nd.
