Take the rap world by storm in 50 Cent’s new mobile game

Get Busy With Fiddy

Fancy stepping into the shoes of 50 Cent? Obviously it's not the being shot nine times, but more the multi-platinum album sales, adoring fanbase and starring appearance in ultra-violent video-games we had in mind.

Well, if you answered 'yes' to any of the above, it’s your lucky day. Not only can you become Fiddy on your console, but there’s now a mobile game too. Get Rich Or Die Tryin’, developed by Finnish firm Fathammer, is based on the recent movie starring the man himself.

As you’d expect, the plot follows the film, in which Fiddy stretches his acting talent to the max by playing a would-be rapper who gets pumped full of bullets, then triumphs over adversity to make it big in the record biz (despite lisping like a big girl).

Happily, the game itself isn’t the bog-standard beat’em up that you might expect. Instead it’s a combination of near-RPG elements as you build a career, along with reaction-led action sequences when you rap-battle other MCs, or find yourself in a backstreet shootout.

It looks and sounds different to anything else on the street and the game is out now.
