Gamevil bringing four paid apps to Android Market
|

Gamevil has never been a company to restrict itself to any particular gaming genre, and as it gets ready for its Android Market debut, it’s chosen four launch titles to provide an eclectic cross section of its catalogue.

Most notable is the popular mobile MMORPG Path of a Warrior. A trial version has been on the Market for a while now, with the full version promised as a paid application.

There are currently 40,000 registered Path of a Warrior players, so this Android port should add a fair few to that impressive number.

Accompanying Path of a Warrior is Super Boom Boom (a single button, pirate themed casual title), Skipping Stone IQ (a simple puzzle game with over 100 levels) and the massively popular Baseball Superstars, which has already sold over 8 million copies on the mobile platform.

All in all, this looks like a great way for Gamevil to test the Market and see what kinds of Android games we’re all wanting to play.

Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
