The invasion of indie developers keen to release on the new DSiWare channel continues to build up momentum.

Latest to show interest is Polish developer Gamelion Studios, which is bringing its colourful Wii physics platformer Furry Legends to DSi.

As you'll notice from the full title - Furry Legends: Beginnings - however, technically this is a prequel, which sees the player dealing with the initial wave of the squarie invasion.

The gameplay involves a squashy, round blob making its way through a world of hard geometric shapes, that if you're not careful, are liable to squash you flat.

To keep everything fresh, new enemies, at least three different environments, new puzzles, and a "fresh dose of cheesy humour" are promised.

We can hardly wait.
