It's the last day of February in a leap year, so all of you, our beautiful readers, should really be treating this like a surplus day with which you can do as you please. That means less concentrating on whatever it is you're supposed to be concentrating on and more messing about with this week's collection of freebies – truly, we must be the bane of bosses everywhere.

For those of you who are not already making a habit of visiting the PSP Store regularly, this week there is a new SOCOM: Tactical Strike demo to be enjoyed, as well as a wealth of new trailers – all of which are free to download, as always.

For the DS we have your favorite: a Japanese flash demo! Okay, so maybe most of you aren't so fond of text adventures that you can't understand but hey, you get what you pay for, don't you? This particular example is of Time Hollow, which as you might expect is an adventure all about time travel. So if you are either fluent in Japanese or just exceedingly patient you can enjoy this little island of DS adventure gaming on the web by pointing your browser here.

And lastly, something for mobiles from Mobile Rated. This week's recommendation is for Stolen in Sixty Seconds, a cracking little thieve-'em-up from HeroCraft that we had loads of fun with when we reviewed it last year. There's a link to the download page in the Mobile Rated section of our forum.

And so a nice round three ties up this week's Friday Freebie. Remember, our Freebie Archive is literally bursting with stuff you may have missed and if you find something that you think we might have overlooked, the Freebie Section in our forum lives in wait for your input.
