Final Fantasy: The 4 Heroes of Light hitting DS October 5th

The 4 Heroes of Light (Pocket Gamer editor Rob is going to kill Square Enix for using a numeric four) is a spin off of the epic RPG series, described by producer Tomoya Asano as a "classic fantasy RPG using today's technology".
Which basically means its old skool, random battling, turn based, number crunching fun, but with lovely 3D art. You've also got a job system and the ability to clothe your warriors with weapons and armours, which will show up in the game itself.
It's hitting the DS, and while it will be shown off at Square Enix's booth at E3, we can all get our hands on it when it goes on sale October 5th in the US and October 8th in Europe.
