E3 2010: Nintendo, Sony streaming E3 presentations
|
3DS

In a few hours, Nintendo and then Sony will take to the stage at E3 and unveil new games and hardware to mandatory applause.

Both presentations will predominantly concern home consoles, with Sony set to show off its PlayStation Move motion-control interface and Nintendo rumoured to be wheeling out a new Zelda Wii, more Motion Plus titles, and possibly a Donkey Kong game.

But what of handheld? Well, Nintendo is going to let us get a look at the 3DS, and probably the first couple of games. It's going to be wild.

Sony, meanwhile, may potentially show off the PSP 2, but that's a fairly distant prospect. Given how abjectly the company failed to conceal the PSPgo from the world prior to last year's E3, it would a surprise indeed if it managed to sneak one into E3 2010.

But we'll see.

We'll be watching both presentations and giving you the news as it breaks. If you'd like to see it happening live, however, you can watch Nintendo's presentation here, from 5pm GMT, and Sony's on Gamespot, here, from 8pm GMT.
