Droplitz the cult PC puzzle game will be heading to mobiles later this month courtesy of Gamehouse.

As the title suggests, Droplitz Delight revolves around creating a safe passage for your droplets of water by revolving pieces of a maze. Okay, it doesn’t entirely suggest that, but the water theme was fairly obvious, if not the whole ‘maze’ aspect.

Like water, the droplitz can’t go up hill unless the world get’s turned upside-down, so any dead ends or anti-gravity turns result in wasted droplitz. Create routes that let more than one droplit pass to safety simultaneously, however, and the points begin to really rack up.

The mobile version comes with 40 individual levels spread over six different worlds, and five game modes designed to test every skill level from beginner (on-demand tips, single dropping point), to Droplitz veterans.

While the mobile version is unlikely to have the excellent music of the PC, the gameplay looks to be almost identical from the screenshots. We’ll have a review of the title on the website soon.
