Wolfenstein 3D and Doom Resurrection prices get shotgunned
QuakeCon is an annual event held in Texas that represents the biggest free LAN party (bring your own PC and blast other like-minded gamers into digital oblivion) in the world.
It’s also a chance for id, after whose first person shooter Quake the event is named, and some of its partners to show off their latest games and products.
In celebration of this year’s event id has lowered the price of two of its iPhone games: Wolfenstein 3D Classic (to 99 cents/59 pence) and Doom Resurrection (to $2.99/£1.79). If either of those captures your fancy, better snap them up quick – QuakeCon only runs until Sunday, when the offer will finish.
