Doodle Jump gets spooky Halloween update, Game Center incoming

Poor Doodle Jump. Remember when it was the casual game du jour, featured on Big Bang Theory, worn by Lady Gaga, played by Jimmy Fallon?
Still, the leaping long-shnozzed mascot isn’t letting his waning fame, and the meteoric rise of Angry Birds, get him down. Developer Lima Sky has released a stonking great update, for free, in time for Halloween.
The spooky feature bump turns Doodle into Doodlestein, complete with an ickle neck bolt and tiny brain-box stitch. In the new stages, he’ll be dodging holiday-themed enemies like zombies, vampires and witches.
This horrifying makeover update is just the starter, though, with a bumper new patch planned for later this year. The download will add Game Center leaderboards and achievements to Doodle Jump, letting you show off your iPhone-tilting prowess to friends and foes.
