First game from new iPhone studio 1337 Game Design
Dark Nebula Episode1 is the first game from new iPhone outfit 1337 Game Design, and it’s out now on the App Store.
The game’s a vertically scrolling ball-roller, with full tilt control and some suitably moody sci-fi styling. While the developer states that it’ll only last about an hour, it’ll only set you back 59p and - as the title suggests - further episodes are on the way.
There’s also a gold star reward system for those who can beat the game in a super-fast time.
As we mentioned last month, 1337 Game Design is being headed up by a veteran of the console world, Anders Hejdenberg. He was lead designer on such successful games as Battlefield 2: Modern Combat, so he clearly knows how to craft intense action experiences.
