Despite having launched in North America more than a year ago, platform-adventure title Cave Story still isn't available to download on the European DSiWare store.

So, where is it?

According to the Twitter feed of independent developer Nicalis, Cave Story was submitted to Nintendo some time last month.

Unfortunately, it failed to gain entry to the European DSiWare store due to "some really minor crap" with the game's manual. Bummer.

Still, hope is not completely lost. Nicalis plans to resubmit Cave Story to Ninty some time this month.

Keep your fingers crossed for a better outcome.

The main question should be why did it take so long to submit in the first place...
The original quote from devs was march, quite why it wasn't november 2010 like US i dont know.
