Metal Slug 7 gets European release date on DS
Testosterone packed run 'n' gun extravaganza available in Autumn
It's easily one of the manliest games ever released – stomping around in over-sized army boots killing indiscriminately – so there's really no excuse for making the most masculine of gamers (British ones) wait so long to play Metal Slug 7 on their pink and light blue DS consoles.
Thankfully, having already announced a Western release, Ignition Entertainment is finally bringing the latest instalment in the classic, 10-year-old Neo Geo franchise to Europe with a release date of Autumn '08, so we can guess at it hitting the shelves around September time.
"With a Metal Slug game you know that you're going to have a hugely enjoyable experience," says Peter Rollinson, Product Manager at Ignition Entertainment "The latest addition to this great franchise will continue that trend".
