Nintendo announces new games along with DSi
Mario & Luigi RPG 3 is coming!
The press conference Nintendo held in Japan this morning has hit the headlines for being the birthplace of the redesigned DS – the DSi – but that wasn't the only thing announced there.
A video also showed Nintendo upcoming line-up, revealing several brand new games – including Mario & Luigi RPG 3 and a new WarioWare game.
The new games announced (as reported on DSFanboy) are:
- Mario & Luigi RPG 3
- A new WarioWare game (Wario's name isn't actually in its tentative title, but it's a new game in the series nonetheless)
- 3D Picross
- Tomodachi Collection (a game which lets you interact with Nintendo Wii Miis)
- Taboo: The Sixth Sense 2K9 (what looks like a tarot and palm reading fortune telling game)
- Sekai no Gohan Shaberu DS O-Ryouri Navi (or, a sequel to Nintendo's Cooking Guide which features recipes from all around the world)
- Aruite Wakaru Seikatsu Rhythm DS (a DS fitness game which uses the new Nintendo pedometer)
- Wagamama Fashion Girls' Mode (yes, a Nintendo fashion game)
Plenty to look forward to then – and clearly some games look like they will use some of the DSi's new features, including the ability to import Miis from the Wii. Could a new WarioWare feature some camera-compatible mini-games, too? We'll have more on all of these new titles going forward, obviously.
