Cut the Rope is one of the major hits of 2010, with its candy-catching puzzles ruling the charts and winning awards on the iPhone, iPad, and Android devices. So it's no surprise that Cut the Rope 2 is on the way.
IGN has revealed that the candy-craving hero Om Nom will be leaving the cardboard box that kept him hostage in the original game, and that a character called The Professor will make an appearance.
Cut the Rope got a Silver Award from us, with Pocket Gamer alumnus Jon Mundy saying it should be, “firmly into the territory of the casual greats”.
