Nokia's Ovi Store has only just opened its doors (with some problems, admittedly), but it seems Taito is keen to provide the catering for its new customers with the launch of the hit DS, iPhone and mobile chef's game, Cooking Mama.

The casual gaming phenomenon has you chopping, frying, boiling and preparing all kinds of meals across five different recipes and 19 mini-games.

As bizarre as the concept sounds, Cooking Mama has proven to be a runaway success on all platforms, and is a very significant choice of debut game for Taito (which is accompanied by Super Puzzle Bobble - another massive game from the Japanese developer).

Clearly Taito has high expectations for Nokia's mobile app store, so check out our guide to buying games on the Ovi Store and get yourself back in the kitchen.
