We didn't exactly find the first Cooking Mama (pictured) to our taste but our mothers taught us to try anything once so we'll obviously reserve judgement on the sequel until we sample it.
Developer Office Create is promising new recipes, twice the number of mini-games and an all-new multiplayer mode to challenge other players to a 'cook off'.
No other details have been revealed at this stage but expect more information to turn up before the game's European release early next year.
