Got errors?

ConfigureMyphone to make setting woes a thing of the past

Much as we love our mobiles, there's no denying that though the little darlings are supposed to be getting ever more easy to use, there are still too many of those frustrating occasions when you try to do something apparently simple, like download a game, only to spend the next hour staring at repeated error messages and scratching your head bald.

The problem is usually some backwater setting hidden in the deepest darkest chasm-like depths of your handset's menus, and often, finding the correct setting to change is hard enough, even if you do have an idea about what the setting should be changed to.

Enter ConfigureMyphone, a simple application launching today that does all of the fiddly setting work for you. The service takes your handset by the scruff of the neck and configures its settings according to whichever task it is you are trying to perform (obviously for you lot that's likely to be downloading games) so that any bothersome error messages are gone forever.

The service will work with Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Virgin, O2 and 3 customers as well as Mobile Virtual Network Operators, including Virgin Mobile and Tesco Mobile. Apparently the whole process only takes 90 seconds to complete and - assuming it works - at just £1, it sounds like ConfigureMyphone could be a fault finder that's hard to fault.
