Championship Manager mobile scoops Scottish BAFTA

Last year's version wins Dynamo Games a prestigious gong

Championship Manager mobile scoops Scottish BAFTA

We've already written about how mobile games were mysteriously absent from this year's BAFTA awards in England. Thankfully, that wasn't the case for the BAFTA Scotland awards, which were held last night.

Dynamo Games won the Best Interactive award for Championship Manager 2007, beating off Xbox 360 title Crackdown and BBC website Raven: The Secret Temple to win.

The game has only just been superceded by the equally excellent Championship Manager 2008, so it's good to see Dynamo's sterling efforts rewarded.

Eidos published both titles, and says they're chuffed for the developer (while pointing out that the game's internal producer Allison Archer is also Scottish, making it a truly Tartan affair).

For more on Dynamo, read our interview with the developer.
