Capcom Arcade has been updated with two new games - Final Fight and 1943. The free App, which allows you to buy classic Capcom arcade games as in-app purchases, went live last November.

It failed to impress Pocket Gamer's Tracy Erickson at the time, who awarded it an underwhelming 4/10 at review.

There was at least a decent selection of downoadable games at launch, including Commando, Street Fighter 2, and 1942. Since then, things have gone distinctly quiet on the download front.

1943 is unlikely to set many pulses racing, being an entirely predictable sequel to vertical scrolling WW2 shooter 1942.

The big news for classic arcade fans is the addition of Final Fight, an undisputed classic of a 2D beat-'em-up, in the same side-scrolling vein as Streets of Rage or Golden Axe.

The new games are live now, and all Capcom in-app purchases have been reduced to 59p / 99c / €0,79 to celebrate.

Capcom Arcade is free to download and available on the App Store now.
