And it brings you... fire!

Burn the Rope: Worlds scorches onto iPhone - out later this month on Android

Setting things on fire (in a controlled environment and accompanied by a responsible guardian - legal ed.) is one of those activities that never gets old.

It certainly didn't do Big Blue Bubble’s Burn the Rope any harm when it was first released on iPhone in January, managing to ignite a Pocket Gamer Bronze Award at the time thanks to its careful tilting and puzzling layouts.

Now the team is back for 100 more levels and four new environments of fire starting with Burn the Rope: Worlds.

In addition to the previous tilt-to-keep-the-flame-burning gameplay, there’s a new mini-game included called Endless Burn, which blends in the rope-burning with classic mobile game Snake (your flame gets longer with each burnt bug).

Feel the burn

There will be daily puzzle updates as well, so you shouldn’t run out of things to do if you happen to lean more towards the standard game mode.

We’ll see if Burn the Rope: Worlds sets our world on fire later this week. If you’re impatient to see sparks fly, you can purchase the game for 69p / 99c from the App Store by hitting the button below.

Note: Those with an Android phone will have to wait until a little later this month before they can start lighting up.
