The game simulates all the highs and lows of life as a real-estate mogul. You buy houses, spruce them up, and then either flip them for some quick cash or rent them out.
As you earn more you're able to invest in larger properties like ice rinks and cinemas.
Build-a-lot's tight challenge, pacing, and addictive appeal managed to scoop the game an impressive Pocket Gamer Silver Award at review.
