Texas-based DS and Mac game developer, Aspyr, has just been in touch with Pocket Gamer to let us know it's branching out into iPhone games – debuting in a few days with Buggled.

Something of an insect-riddled dexterity test, Buggled requires you to chase ladybugs (or ladybirds, as us folk who talk proper call 'em) around the screen using the iPhone's multi-touch capability. If you have one, you can even get a friend to join in on the same handset, and send challenges to other iPhone wielding buddies.

Due to appear on the App Store any day now, Buggled will apparently be followed by three other apps/games from Aspyr over the next couple of weeks, so hit the 'Track It!' button for more info as it lands.

Spanner Spencer
Yes. Spanner's his real name, and he's already heard that joke you just thought of. Although Spanner's not very good, he's quite fast, and that seems to be enough to keep him in a regular supply of free games and away from the depressing world of real work.
