Fantasy Flight has confirmed that Elder Sign: Omens is being updated to 64bit

If you were worried that Elder Signs: Omens was going to get caught up in the App-ocalypse that's likely to hit when Apple releases iOS 11 in the fall, you can stop your fretting right this second, because Fantasy Flight has announced that the game is being updated to 64bit.

Okay, so if you don't know what that means, here's the lowdown. When the new operating system hits, apps that only run at 32bit are unlikely to be supported. That means a lot of games might suddenly stop working.

However, Elder Sign: Omens isn't going to be one of them. We'll keep you updated about any other games that are getting the 64bit treatment as well.
