Madfinger Games wants to wish you a very gory Christmas. The Czech developer, responsible for the Samurai games on iPhone, has released BloodyXmas 2010 on the iPhone App Store.

It's a hyper gory arcade game featuring a musclebound Saint Nick wielding a baseball bat. He’ll tool up with chainsaws, meat cleavers, and giant combine harvesters in his quest to save a pile of Chrimbo gifts from an assortment of ghastly enemies.

The game has 24 stages, one for each day of the season until the great Christmas showdown, and five weapons to use in a crazy hack and slash romp. All you have to do is keep your presents wrapped and yourself alive for as long as possible, to unlock the next stage and dominate the leaderboards.

The game also features Retina display graphics for supported devices, as well as Game Center achievements and leaderboards. It’s out now, and will cost you the stocking filler price of 59p/99c/€0.79c.
