Binary Finary get their own mobile game

Binary Finary are "trance music legends" according to the press release for Mobile Amusements' new title. Having looked them up on Wikipedia, this means they had a single get to number 24 on the UK charts back in 1998.

Anyway, presumably they have a glowstick-toting fanbase still, since Mobile Amusements has signed them up for a mobile game: Binary Finary – Chart Quest.

It sounds pretty interesting, too, since you play the duo (Matt and Stu, if you're wondering) working their way up to chart fame, arranging live gigs and promotions, while avoiding dodgy record deals.

The game is due out in May, in both paid-for and ad-funded versions.

We think Mobile Amusements is onto something with this 'signing up old dance acts' idea though. Come on, fellow publishers, jump on this bandwagon quick.

We want Sesame's Treet Bowling, Hardfloor Hangman, and The Sims DJ: DJ Dougal Happy Hardcore Edition by the end of the year, please. Oh, and Sexy Kraftwerk Cycling.
